A 36-year-old man could be facing impaired driving charges after the crash on the TCH.
A 36-year-old man could be facing impaired driving charges after a crash on the TCH near Butter Pot Park yesterday afternoon. RCMP say they received a report of a single-vehicle roll-over crash at 4:15pm. The driver and lone occupant of the car showed signs of impairment. Police say he was taken to hospital for treatment of serious but non-life-threatening injuries. A blood demand was provided and samples were collected. The investigation is continuing to see if charges of impaired driving will be laid.
