Government is reviewing plans to build an industrial subdivision and marine port south of St. Anthony

    Government is reviewing a proposal to develop an industrial subdivision and marine port located just south of the town of St. Anthony. Located 4.1kms south of St.Anthony the location is at Crémaillère ( cray-mal-air) Harbour. The project consists of an industrial subdivision and deepwater marine port and services base. On August 7th, the proponent Great Northern Port Inc. registered the  undertaking with the environment department. The deadline for public comment is September 11th and the minister’s decision is due by September 21st. Comments may be sent to: EAProjectComments@gov.nl.ca
