Manager Dr. Mery Perez says Innovation Week aligns with CRI's goals of bringing together makers, artists, entrepreneurs, and students.
The Centre for Research and Innovation (CRI) in Corner Brook is hosting a series of free, public events as part of Innovation Week. Manager Dr. Mery Perez says this aligns with their goals of bringing together makers, artists, entrepreneurs, and students. She says there will be workshops, meetups, and activities that explore everything from basic prototyping and 3D modelling to design thinking and business development.
Perez says there is a session at 6 o’clock this evening on Design Thinking Methodologies. She says everyone is invited this week to learn new skills, connect with local innovators, and experiment with woodworking tools, including a CNC router, 3D printers, and laser cutter.
