Penney’s second court appearance was set for last Friday but was rescheduled due to poor weather to yesterday. In court, Penney’s lawyer, Rosellen Sullivan asked by phone if the case could be postponed since she has not received any disclosure from the crown. Crown prosecutor Brenda Duffy agreed to January 12th at 1:30 pm as the next court appearance.
