Corner Brook Winter Carnival is getting closer and that means once Leif the Lucky comes out of his hut on February 16th, ten days of fun packed events will get underway. Of course, Leif will need his sidekick, a special Leifling to be selected during a gala on February 18th at Sacred Heart School. Leif says leiflings have been a big part of carnival for the last 18 years. The Leifling gala is open to young people from Kindergarten to Grade 6.
