Corner Brook still trying to sell land on Lundrigan Drive

    Proposals must be submitted to the City Clerk’s office in the 2nd floor of City Hall at 5 Park Street up to 4:30 p.m. local time on August 25th

    The city of Corner Brook has extended the deadline for proposals on parcels of land on Lundrigan Drive. Eight parcels are up for sale for anyone interested in the development of land. Mayor Jim Parsons says this land has been for sale for a number of years. He says since the land is in the Industrial park they want to see developments that fit with the current General Industrial zoning. 

    Copies of the Request for Proposal can be obtained from the Supervisor of Land Management located at 5 Park Street, Corner Brook, NL, A2H 6E1 or by calling 709 637-1544 or by email at bduffy@cornerbrook.com.

    Proposals must be submitted to the City Clerk’s office in the 2nd floor of City Hall at 5 Park Street up to 4:30 p.m. local time on August 25*, 2023.
