It reopened around 11 o’clock yesterday morning once the road was cleared.
One person was taken to hospital after a two-vehicle collision on Route 430 just north of the St. Anthony airport Wednesday night. RCMP say the driver’s injuries are believed to be minor and non life-threatening. Police got a call about the collision shortly after 7:30 p.m but the Northern Peninsula highway was closed all night. It reopened around 11 o’clock yesterday morning once the road was cleared. RCMP say road conditions were very poor and the collision is still under investigation.
