Corner Brook RNC arrest an impaired driver who fled from police and struck three parked vehicles

    The driver failed roadside testing and she was charged with impaired driving.

    A 35-year-old woman is facing charges after fleeing from police and striking three parked cars in Corner Brook last night. Around 10 p.m, the RNC noticed a vehicle speeding on Grenfell Drive. Police tried to pull the vehicle over but the driver fled. 

    A short while later the vehicle and driver were located on Phillip Drive, where police determined it had collided with three parked vehicles. The driver failed roadside testing and she was charged with impaired driving. Her vehicle was impounded and license suspended. Meanwhile, the RNC are looking for witnesses or video footage from the time of the collisions.
