On Monday, Corner Brook RCMP arrested wanted man Archibald Billard. An arrest warrant was issued for Billard on January 30th after $1200 worth of Milwaukee tools were taken from Napa Auto Parts in Stephenville. Billard was also wanted on previous theft charges, mischief and flight from police.
