On Bayfm with Lenny Benoit, Mayor Jim Parsons says everything except the four lane section on O’Connell Drive is open to quads and side by sides. He says they’re pleased with how it’s going so far. Parsons says permits are not required this week but insurance and registration is a must for riders.
