It’s easy to notice more atv traffic around Corner Brook as Jigs and Wheels events continue this week. On Bayfm with Lenny Benoit, Mayor Jim Parsons says everything except the four lane section on O’Connell Drive is open to quads and side by sides. He says they’re pleased with how it’s going so far. Parsons says permits are not required this week but insurance and registration is a must for riders. Bernard Avenue will open to atv usage. The next public meeting for Corner Brook city council has been set for August 19th.
