Mayor Jim Parsons told Bayfm’s Lenny Benoit there will be no cost to the taxpayer.
The little train that could, is making a big difference in Corner Brook. The Mill Whistler is getting a little old so the city will be replacing it with a newer version for next year’s tourist season. Mayor Jim Parsons told Bayfm’s Lenny Benoit there will be no cost to the taxpayer. The Mayor says a newer train will keep the service going. It’s not known yet what the name of the new train will be but the Mayor says the train has become a mascot for the city.
