Corner Brook city hall looks to meet with MUN president about future of Grenfell Campus

    On Bayfm with Lenny Benoit this week, Mayor Linda Chaisson said the new council met with her in November to discuss the future of Grenfell Campus and she should have more information about another meeting next week.

    Corner Brook city hall has requested another meeting with MUN President Dr. Janet Morrision, who recently announced a restructuring from 7 vice presidents down to three. The Vice-president position at Grenfell is now known as Deputy Prevost Grenfell/Labrador. MUN is trying to make up for a $20M budget deficit and this move will save about $1M. On Bayfm with Lenny Benoit this week, Mayor Linda Chaisson said the new council met with her in November to discuss the future of Grenfell Campus and she should have more information next week.
