A public notice on the development was issued with only one objection dealing with increased density of occupants and vehicles.
Corner Brook city hall has approved a row dwelling development that will include six apartments at 233 Humber Road. At this week’s public meeting, Councillor Bill Griffin says the city first approved this discretionary use in November of last year located just behind at 118a Station Road, which consists of 3 properties that were consolidated in the past and has frontage mostly on Humber Road with some on Station Road. Griffin says the owner of the property withdrew the original application but submitted a new one for a 3 unit row dwelling fronting Humber Road and subsidiary apartments to each on Station Road. A public notice on the development was issued with only one objection dealing with increased density of occupants and vehicles.
