Cannabis sales in NL are up 30 percent

    Alcohol sales were up 1.4 percent at $83.6 million. 

    The Newfoundland Labrador Liquor Corporation has reported net earnings of $58.3 million for the second quarter of the fiscal year 2023, which ended September 30th. President and CEO Bruce Keating says cannabis sales are up more than 30 percent. Keating says new locations are driving profits up. Alcohol sales were up 1.4 percent at $83.6 million.
