Cabinet committee touring areas damaged by wildfires this past summer and speaking with those affected

    They will also meet with the Disaster Recovery Committee.

    A Cabinet Committee is touring areas today which were impacted by wildfires this past summer. Ministers will get a first-hand look at the damage caused by the wildfires, and hear directly from those affected. They will also meet with the Disaster Recovery Committee that represents the unincorporated areas of Kingston, Western Bay, Ochre Pit Cove, and Northern Bay, and the Town Council of Small Point-Broad Cove-Blackhead-Adam’s Cove.
