A new physical activity kit for health care providers

    The Health Care Providers’ Physical Activity Kit provides digital resources, tools and information to frontline health care providers to make it easy for health care providers to find recommendations for incorporating physical activity into their clients’ daily lives.

    Health care providers in this province now have a convenient resource at their fingertips to help individuals achieve their well-being goals around physical activity. The Health Care Providers’ Physical Activity Kit provides digital resources, tools and information to frontline health care providers to make it easy for health care providers to find recommendations for incorporating physical activity into their clients’ daily lives. It is also the first of its kind in Canada.
