24 year old man caught doing speeds up to 163km/hr in a 100 zone on the TCH near Deer Lake

    His license was suspended, and the vehicle was impounded.

    RCMP Traffic Services West stopped a driver doing 163 km/hr in a 100 zone on Wednesday afternoon.  Shortly before 4 p.m., police noticed the vehicle travelling at excessive speeds on the Trans Canada  Highway near Deer Lake. The 24 year old male driver was ticketed for excessive speeding. His license was suspended, and the vehicle was impounded.
