The City of Corner Brook is looking for a buyer and developer for a parcel of land in the Lundrigan Drive Industrial Park. It must include the construction of a permanent building and be for use within the General Industrial (GI) Zone. Request for Proposal documents are available by calling 709-637-1544, or by emailing bduffy@cornerbrook.com. Completed proposals must be returned to the city clerk no later than noon on October 23rd.
