Over 260 people registered for a first of its kind business forum underway at the Corner Brook Civic Centre and there is even a waitlist with more hoping to get in. The West Coast Business Business and Investment Summit is a two day event through the Greater Corner Brook Board of Trade. Director Steve Churchill says highlights include a number of panel discussions with various inductries, small businesses and government officials. He says the goal is to make this an annual event. There are 135 businesses from Corner Brook, the Bay of Islands and Humber Valley areas with the Greater Corner Brook Board of Trade. For more information go to gcbbt.ca.
