EARLIER STORY: RNC Accident Investigation and Operational Patrol Services are responding to a two-vehicle collision on the Trans-Canada Highway (TCH) in the Corner Brook region. The TCH is closed in both directions between Corner Brook and Pinchgut Lake. Motorists are asked to avoid the area until further notice. More information will be provided when available.
A BayFM listener just sent us this. There is a vehicle off the road and on fire on the TCH heading west just before Pinchgut Lake. Traffic is stopped and first responders are on the scene.
