One thing that was part of the election campaign for many members of Corner Brook city council was having more town hall type meetings to give residents an opportunity to be more involved. So far this year, they’ve hosted town hall meetings on business, the Curling area, and one for developers and contractors. On Bayfm, Councillor Donna Luther says the next town hall will be about the city’s 2027 budget. The pre-budget town hall will get underway at 7 p.m. on September 28th at the Marina Redmond Centre.
