Six parcels of land are up for sale in the Lundrigan Drive Industrial Park. The City of Corner Brook is looking for proposals for the purchase and development of the land.
Proposed developments must include the construction of a permanent building and be within guidelines for the General Industrial (GI) Zone. Request for Proposal documents can be picked up at city hall or by emailing bduffy@cornerbrook.com. Proposals must be delivered to the clerk’s office by October 1st.
