    This sounds like the Eagle's song, "Hotel California" where you can check in anytime you like, but you can never leave.

    This sounds like the Eagle's song, "Hotel California" where you can check in anytime you like, but you can never leave. Motorists trying to get out from Corner Brook city hall using West Street, can't do that anymore. On Bay Fm, Mayor Linda Chaisson says the access in that area is now one way only, heading in from West Street. Chaisson says she's not sure why the change was made. The Mayor says there has been a lot of congestion in the area.
