Virtual sessions for anyone 18 or older experiencing issues with mental health

    This is an ongoing group that people can attend once, or regularly as needed.

    NL Health Services offers a Mental Health Drop in Group for anyone age 18 years and older, who are experiencing any issues with their mental health. It is for those who would like a safe space to access support and learn coping skills. This is an ongoing group that people can attend once, or regularly as needed. Weekly virtual sessions take place Tuesdays from 5-6:30 p.m. For more information email nlgroups@nlhealthservices.ca
