Both vehicles were seized from the scenes and impounded.

The 46-year-old man was issued a driving suspension, and his vehicle was seized from the scene. On Sunday (Oct. 13) just after 9 p.m., police responded to a report of a potential impaired driver and located the suspect vehicle a short time later in the area of East Valley Road.
