Mayor Jim Parsons says the contractor is still fixing little things but it looks amazing.

Staff at Corner Brook city hall are anxiously awaiting the keys to the new recreation centre. Mayor Jim Parsons says the contractor is still fixing little things but it looks amazing. The new centre features a lap pool, kiddie pool, sauna, lazy river, fully accessible amenities, a gym as well as attached daycare to be run by the YMCA. Parsons says it’s tough to talk about pools during the winter. Meanwhile, the city is looking for bids for cleaning services at the new Recreation Centre.  For full Tender information please visit the City of Corner Brook website.
