Stephenville council sends letter to government asking for a stable power solution for the airport

    They want to see a stable power solution for the airport, and an emergency meeting on short and long term infrastructure responses.

    Firefighters won’t be attending the Marine Institute's Fire and Emergency Training office in Stephenville this September pushing the next training slot to start in January. …That’s if the power gets turned back on after being recently cut to the airport, where the facility is located. The town of Stephenville sent a letter to government yesterday calling for action. They want to see a stable power solution for the airport, and an emergency meeting on short and long term infrastructure responses.
