    Steady Brook looks to lease the former building which housed volunteer fire department

    The current space consists of two bays, with each bay with the dimensions of 20 x 30 sq ft. The building was built in 1978.

    The Town of Steady Brook has issued an Expression of Interest for Lease Space at 10 Wilton Street. The current space consists of two bays, with each bay with the dimensions of 20 x 30 sq ft. The building was built in 1978. The available lease space was formerly occupied by the volunteer fire department. There is no preference for a proposed use of space. All Expressions of Interest will be reviewed and considered. For more information, please contact the Town Office at (709) 634-7601. Meanwhile, the town office was notified by ServiceNL yesterday that the town is under a boil water advisory.
