Splash Pad is open at Margaret Bowater Park

    The splash pad at Margaret Bowater park opened yesterday, which is earlier than the usual opening date of July 1st.  

    Summer is here, school is out for the summer, and that means there will be more young people out and about. On Bayfm with Lenny Benoit this week, Corner Brook Mayor Jim Parsons says motorists need to be careful with the extra foot traffic. Meanwhile, the splash pad at Margaret Bowater park opened yesterday, which is earlier than the usual opening date of July 1st.
