The Western Environment Centre is partnering with the Rotary Arts Centre in Corner Brook to host an event called: Building a Better Food System, an Evening of Theatre and Conversation. It gets underway 7 p.m. tonight at the Rotary Arts Centre. Katie Temple is the Executive Director of the WEC. She says Dale Hamilton is an artist from Ontario and this is a one woman show on regenerative growing. Temple says the show is called, "She Won't Come in From the Fields". Temple says regenerative growing is all about leaving the soil, the way you found it, if not better. There will also be a panel of local organic farmers to talk about building a more sustainable food system in our region and province. For more information email info@wecnl.ca
