As the holiday season approaches, the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) are out with some tips for safe shopping. Cst James Cadigan says real life grinch characters exist and they prey on distracted drivers. He says always shop with friends or family. If you must shop alone, do so during the day. Cadigan says the RNC wants to ensure  those gifts you buy make it under the tree this Christmas.
