MURPHY is described to be about five feet tall, 140 pounds, with short light-brown hair. He was last seen wearing a navy New York Yankees cap, black hoodie and black pants, with black, white and red sneakers.

Channel-Port aux Basques RCMP and Traffic Services West took three vehicles off the road and laid charges during a traffic initiative late last week.
On April 9th just after 9 a.m., police tried to stop an off-road vehicle on the Main Road in Oregans. The operator was not wearing a helmet, refused to stop and fled from police at a high rate of speed. The next day, RCMP arrested a 19-year-old man in Millville.
