• Corner Brook moving to cashless, pay-by-plate parking systems, no more coin operated meters

  Todd Flynn is the  city’s Director of Protective Services. He says there are 150 parking meters in the downtown area and over the past year, many of them have been destroyed in an attempt to get the money out.
