  Councillor Donna Luther spoke about how the Canada Community-Building Fund requires the city to submit a Capital Investment Plan allocating the City’s full 2024-2029 funding entitlement in the amount of $4,647,712.

• Town of Deer Lake is taking comments on the proposed development of row houses on Trailer Court Road

  It would include two 7-unit and one 6-unit rowhouse on about 1.1 hectares of vacant land. Zoning would have to change from Commercial General and Residential Mini-Home to Residential High Density, and the maximum permitted  size of a rowhouse would increase from four to eight units.
