Residential subdivision in Deer Lake gets the green light from government

    The proposed development includes 98 residential lots and a recreational open space comprising a small community park and playground.

    Government has given the final green light to a proposal to build a residential subdivision in the town of Deer Lake. The town applied to develop a 16-hectare site connecting to an existing residential area at the northern end of Humber View Drive. The proposed development includes 98 residential lots and a recreational open space comprising a small community park and playground. The undertaking was registered with the Environment department on November 22nd and the Minister released the project on January 10th.
