Repeat offender charged with theft from a Stephenville grocery store

    Bay St. George RCMP say Dylan Rubia was under court orders to stay out of the Prince Rupert Drive business.

    A 32-year old man, known as a repeat offender, was arrested and charged after a theft at a grocery store in Stephenville. Bay St. George RCMP say Dylan Rubia was under court orders to stay out of the Prince Rupert Drive business. Police were called to the store at around 6:40 Monday evening, Rubia was located nearby and the stolen items were recovered.
