Applicants or volunteer agencies will be notified by email when their completed record checks are available for pickup.

Anyone waiting for a Criminal Record Screening Certificate or Vulnerable Record Check from the RNC that completed record checks will be available for pickup in-person during the Canada Post interruption. Applicants or volunteer agencies will be notified by email when their completed record checks are available for pickup. Residents are advised not to proceed to a RNC detachment to pickup their completed record check until they receive an email confirmation. Meanwhile, there is no change to the application process. Applications for a Criminal Record Screening Certificate or Vulnerable Record Check must be completed online. The RNC continues to experience a high volume of requests for Criminal Records Screening Certificates and Vulnerable Sector Checks. Requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Please allow at least 15 business days for processing.
