RCMP have arrested a man wanted in connection with a gun incident in Carbonear. The man was alledgedly carrying a gun and drove in the Valley Road area and to a home on O’Driscoll’s Lane. Police set up a safety perimeter and the man was arrested within minutes. RCMP sent out an urgent advisory asking residents to avoid the area and stay inside with the doors locked.
