    RCMP investigating a break in at Pizza Delight in Deer Lake

    The crime occurred sometime between the evening of December 12 and the morning of December 13.

    Deer Lake RCMP is investigating a break, enter and theft that occurred at a restaurant in the town. Shortly after 9:00 a.m. on Friday, December 13, 2024, police were called to Pizza Delight on Commerce Street.  The crime occurred sometime between the evening of December 12 and the morning of December 13. Police attended the scene and noticed damage to the side door of the business.  Suspect(s) entered  the property and stole a quantity of liquor and beer from inside.
