RCMP arrested wanted man Joshua Osbourne this morning. Police say Osbourne escaped custody around 10:30 Saturday evening near the provincial court in Grand Falls-Windsor. The 23-year old man is now facing charges of escaping lawful custody and resisting arrest. Police thank the public for the numerous tips received.
