The Minister of Industry, Energy, Technology is off to Texas for the annual Offshore Technology Conference in Houston.
Andrew Parsons says it’s a huge global event which this province has been taking part in for the past 40 years. He says 45 companies and 110 people from this province will be attending. Minister Parsons says the Bay du Nord area has huge potential for oil. He says if we take ourselves out of the equation, it will be filled by other countries that don’t have the same standards.
