A man from the community has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime.
A Stephenville Crossing man will be back in court in June to answer to drug related charges. RCMP searched a home in the community on Tuesday with the help of their Police Dog Services. Police found about 10 ounces of crack cocaine, a quantity of prescription pills, over $20,000.00 in cash and a quantity of contraband tobacco. He has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime.
