Health Minister Tom Osborne says the personal health record will be available online through MyGovNL and will start February 1st with 5,000 people. Osborne says starting this spring, another 50,000 will be added each month until complete. He says people will be able to access lab results, dispensed medications, radiology reports, and allergies.
