Paving operations in the city of Corner Brook this week will include Mt Bernard Avenue, Herald Avenue, Elizabeth Street and Wheelers Road. These projects will continue until completion and may extend into next week as a result of inclement weather, emergency road work, or unforeseen events. Also, city officials are advising residents that the Multi-use trail will be closed form the intersection of Mill Road to the entrance of the port. This closure will last approximately 3 weeks due to phase two upgrades on the Great Trail.
