It’s time to party in Pasadena. Just off a gold medal win at the U13AA Atlantic Baseball Championship in New Brunswick, the Pasadena Pirates will be celebrated in style. When the boys returned home the town of Pasadena spoke with Amanda Robinson, who agreed to coordinate this evening’s event. She is also a parent of one of the players. Robinson says her family moved to Pasadena in February and quickly realized the team’s popularity with everyone wearing the team’s colours yellow and black. Robinson says the boys not only won the gold, they were recognized for the people they are. They were the most polite, kindest and most respectful team, according to officials. Everyone is invited to Pasadena Place at 6:15 for a banner unveiling followed by a motorcade parade led by the Pasadena Fire and Rescue. Decorate your vehicle and join the motorcade and wear yellow and black to support the Pasadena Pirates. Bayfm will be on location.
