The purpose behind the application to the City of Corner Brook was to allow the owner to convert the property at 29 Humber Road into a photography studio and office on the main floor, and an apartment on the top floor.
A piece of land on (29) Humber Road in Corner Brook which was once zoned as “open space” has now been changed to “commercial mix.” At Monday’s public meeting, Councillor Vaughn Granter explains why this change is necessary. The purpose behind the application to the City of Corner Brook was to allow the owner to convert the property at 29 Humber Road into a photography studio and office on the main floor, and an apartment on the top floor. Mayor Jim Parsons says this is the 3rd and final council approval of this amendment. Due to time constraints, the property owner submitted a rezoning application to speed up the process.
