NL Health Services offers a weekly virtual session on Tuesdays, which is a Mental Health Drop in Group for anyone ages 18 years and older. It is for those who would like a safe space to access support and learn coping skills. Jackie Butt is the Provincial Groups Coordinator of the Mental Health and Addictions program. She says this was one of the needs that was identified. Butt says topics for each session are recommended by group members. She says there are many benefits to group therapy.
