"No report yet on impact of Labrador wildfires," says Industry Minister

    Andrew Parsons expects to know more soon on the level of impact on proponents in the area.

    Industry Minister Andrew Parsons says while his first priority is safety of those affected he does not have a report on the impact of wildfires in Labrador. Fires came dangerously close to a number of assets in the area. Parsons says the focus now is on a safe return to work. Parsons expects to know more soon on the level of impact on proponents in the area. He says being from the southwest coast which was hit by hurricane fiona, he emphasizes with people going through these disasters.
