Next week, Corner Brook city hall expects to know when they will get the keys to the new recreation centre

    Mayor Jim Parsons says there are still a few more things to get right but it’s getting close.

    The city Corner Brook is still waiting for the keys to the new recreation centre. Mayor Jim Parsons says there are still a few more things to get right but it’s getting close. He says once they get the keys it will take a number of weeks to opening day. Parsons says they would know within a week when they will get the keys to the new facility. It includes a pool, gymnasium, fitness centre, multi purpose area,  daycare, and more. Grenfell Campus has partnered with the city on the project.
