This is Municipal Awareness day and there’s lots to see at the Corner Brook Civic Centre starting at noon. On Bayfm with Dean Clarke this week, Mayor Linda Chaisson says various city departments will be onsite to showcase their roles and responsibilities. She says today’s event will include outdoor equipment displays and indoor information booths. There will also be a fun zone, BBQ and an opportunity to win a prize. This event is open to the general public from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.
